DAY 11: JUST DO IT

Today's post is basically a rant.

There are dreamers- people with all the ideas and then there are doers.

Dreamers are plentyyy, have all the good ideas, have researched it but never do anything. At the end of the day it's the doers that win.

It is the people bold enough to walk on water. Those who regardless of their fears step out and do.

I'm tired of hearing people talk about their plans, I actually want to see people who do their plans. Wait, let me rephrase that, I'm tired of listing my plans, I want to do my plans.

Anything the Lord has laid on your heart to do, please do. You do not know the ripple effect your obedience might have on the world. It might look like a little drop in the vast ocean of talents but just do it anyway. Do it tired, do it broke, do it rich, do it angry, do it sad.

Because anything the Lord has placed on your heart is usually first a blessing to you before it is to others.

It kills the flesh, builds discipline, reveals the nature of your heart, strengthens your sense of focus, builds mastery, promotes spiritual intimacy etc.

You are not doing anyone a favour by walking in your purpose. You are aligning, doing your part and leaving the rest to the only One capable of bringing substance out of your work.

Enough of the excuses. Enough of the procrastination. This time, just do it.

People will talk, yes they always will. But I bet you, nobody really cares that much. They will talk and then get on with their lives while you are left to battle the consequences of your inactions.

Please just do it.

Don't be just a dreamer. For once, step out and do something bigger than yourself. No matter how small, just do it. Trust the One who sent you for once.

This is not about you, it's bigger than you.
